The Center for Ecoliteracy is dedicated to cultivating education for sustainable living. They recognize that students need to experience and understand how nature sustains life and how to live accordingly. They encourage schools to teach and model sustainable practices.

Clean the World was founded in 2009 to address global health issues by using discarded hygiene supplies from the hospitality industry. Aiming to reduce the number of hygiene-related deaths, it began recycling soap into new bars to distribute to communities in need. They have since included programs addressing sustainable access to water, sanitation, and feminine hygiene.

Communities for a Better Environment was founded in 1978 with a mission to build people’s power in California’s communities of color and low income communities to achieve environmental health and justice by preventing and reducing pollution and building green, healthy and sustainable communities and environments. They provide residents in heavily polluted urban communities in California with organizing skills, leadership training and legal, scientific and technical assistance, so that they can successfully confront threats to their health and well-being.

Earth Guardians is an intergenerational organization with youth at the forefront that trains diverse youth to be effective leaders in the environmental, climate and social justice movements across the globe - using art, music, storytelling, on the ground projects, civic engagement and legal action to advance solutions to the critical issues we face as a global community.

Endangered Species International is strongly committed to reversing the trend of human-induced species extinction, saving endangered animals, and preserving wild places. They develop cutting-edge conservation science, implement this research in field projects around the world, and then link both research and results to local, national, and global policy by convening dialogues between governments, civil society and the private sector.

The Mountain Watershed Association, home of the Youghiogheny Riverkeeper, is a small, community-based, nonprofit organization concerned with the protection, preservation, and restoration of the Indian Creek and greater Youghiogheny River watersheds. MWA has been in existence since 1994, and currently has over 2,000 members and supporters. In 2003, they partnered with the Waterkeeper Alliance to become home of the Youghiogheny Riverkeeper.

Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation (PPFF) began in 1999 as a statewide nonprofit organization to provide a voice for the Commonwealth’s 121 state parks and 2.2 million acres of forest land. Global Students Embassy's mission is to develop community leaders though action oriented environmental education. GSE works in three global communities Northern California, Nicaragua and Ecuador engaging local students in year-round education and action to address climate change, food security and ecological degradation.

Laguna de Santa Rosa's its mission to protect, restore, and educate the public about the Laguna ecosystem. They've taken on big restoration and conservation science projects, expanded their education programs, and created the Laguna Environmental Center.

The National Parks Conservation Association is the voice of America’s national parks, working to protect and preserve our nation’s most iconic and inspirational places for present and future generations.

School Garden Network grows healthy students, families, schools, and communities through garden-based education. Since its inception in 2003, SGN has awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars in grant funding to dozens of Sonoma County schools. Fundraising and outreach for these programs continue to be top priorities.
